Central Government Employees Housing Society

The Central Government Employees Mutually Aided Cooperative House Building Society Limited is established in the year 2018 with on objective to develop exclusive housing colonies for all categories of central government employees who are working/retired/native of Andhra Pradesh state and also for the employees who are native of Andhra Pradesh and working for any central government departments / corporations. The Society is registered under Andhra Pradesh Mutually Aided Co-operative Societies (APMACS) Act 1995 with registered number AMC/CTR/DCO/2018/54 on 6th September 2018 at District Cooperative officer, Chittoor.

The object of the society shall be to carry on the benefit of the members, buying & selling of land hiring and letting development of land for layout and construction of houses in accordance’s with co-operative principles and to give or secure loans to the members for the construction new dwelling houses.

To promote economic and status of their members through share capital, self –help and mutually aid in accordance with the principles of co-operation as enunciated in section 3 of the Act.
